Start your morning off right ...

Such an easy thing to do to start your whole day off to the right start!!!

Drink a glass of SOLE (so-LAY) each morning.  What is Sole?  Sole is Himalayan Salt

The ideal way to use Himalayan Crystal Salt is in the form of a sole (so-LAY). Drinking the sole when you awake each morning is like getting up on the right side of the bed. It provides the energizing minerals you need daily to recharge your body, and it helps set the stage for a day of vitality.

Essentially, a sole is water saturated with Himalayan Crystal Salt. The sole contains about approximately 26 parts of salt to 100 parts of water. Prepare the water and salt combination in advance. Each morning place a teaspoon of the sole mixture in a glass and fill with 8 ounces of pure spring water. Drink it immediately or sip it while getting dressed, checking emails or preparing breakfast. The water helps transport the electrolytes throughout the body to all the many places they are needed.

How to Prepare Sole

Sole is a mixture of water and salt. The object is to saturate the water with dissolved salt so it can’t hold anymore. You’ll know that you’ve created sole when there are undissolved salt crystals in the water. You can’t oversaturate the water with salt. The crystals will simply drop to the bottom of the container.

Place several Himalayan Crystal Salt stones or Himalayan Crystal Salt granules about an inch deep in a glass container. (A canning jar works well.)

Cover the salt with two to three inches of pure, spring water. Let the salt dissolve for 24 hours.

If all the salt dissolves in 24 hours, add more salt to the container. The sole is finished when the water can no longer dissolve the salt and the salt crystals drop to the bottom of the container. There will always be salt crystals in the jar. It doesn’t matter if you have only a few crystals or many. The water is saturated and is now sole.

Cover the container to prevent the water from evaporating. Since salt is a natural preservative, the sole will keep forever. It can’t spoil or go “bad.”

The vibrational energy of the Himalayan Crystal Salt remains in your body for 24 hours.

A teaspoon of sole contains 480 mg of sodium, or 20% of the Daily Reference Value of 2400 mg based on a 2,000 calorie per day diet.

About Salts:
We all know what regular white salt looks like—and we mistakenly think it is real salt when it is not. The fact is that refined white salt, such as commercial table salt is bad, very bad stuff. Unrefined natural salt on the other hand is good, very good stuff providing many health benefits.

Unrefined sea salt is healthy. The blood-pressure-raising effect of table salt can be due to its high content of sodium with not enough magnesium to balance it. This has a magnesium-lowering effect that can constrict the arteries and raise blood pressure. Real salt (of various kinds) contains plenty of magnesium and other important minerals, which is why it usually does not affect blood pressure in a negative way.

Sodium is an essential nutrient required by the body for maintaining levels of fluids and for providing channels for nerve signaling. Some sodium is needed in your body to regulate fluids and blood pressure, and to keep muscles and nerves running smoothly.  I cringe everytime one of my clients tells me they are on a sodium reduced or No Salt Diet.  I personally know of 2 people who have ended up in the psch ward in the hospital because of their “no salt” diets!  We DO NEED SALT people, the right kind of salt!

“Nobody makes a distinction between unrefined and refined salt. They ‘lump’ all salt together as a bad substance. This is a terrible mistake. There are two forms of salt available in the market place: refined and unrefined. Refined salt has had its minerals removed and has been bleached to give it the white appearance that we are accustomed to seeing with salt. It is the fine, white salt that is available at almost any restaurant or grocery store. Refined salt has been bleached and exposed to many toxic chemicals in order to get it to its final product. It has aluminum, ferrocyanide, and bleach in it. I believe this refining process has made it a toxic, devitalized substance that needs to be avoided.” – Dr. David Brownstein

Without appropriate amounts of sodium, your body may have a difficult time cooling down after intense exercise or activity. When the body is hot, you sweat. If you do not have enough sodium, your body may not sweat as much and you may then become overheated. This could result in a stroke or exhaustion as well as dehydration.

Sodium is an energy carrier. It is also responsible for sending messages from the brain to muscles through the nervous system so that muscles move on command. When you want to move your arm or contract any muscle in your body, your brain sends a message to a sodium molecule that passes it to a potassium molecule and then back to a sodium molecule etc., etc., until it gets to its final destination and the muscle contracts. This is known as the sodium-potassium ion exchange. Therefore, without sodium, you would never be able to move any part of your body.

Excess sodium (such as that obtained from dietary sources) is excreted in the urine. Most of the sodium in the body (about 85%) is found in blood and lymph fluid. Sodium levels in the body are partly controlled by a hormone called aldosterone, which is made by the adrenal glands. Aldosterone levels determine whether the kidneys hold sodium in the body or pass it into the urine.

Unrefined salt, has not been put through a harsh chemical process. It still contains the natural minerals that were originally part of it. Its mineral content gives it a distinct color. The colors of unrefined salt can vary depending on where it is taken from. This is due to the changing mineral content of the various brands of salt. It is the minerals in unrefined salt that provide all the benefits of this product. The minerals supply the body with over 80 trace elements needed to maintain and sustain health. Furthermore, the minerals elevate the pH (correct acidity) and lower blood pressure. Our maker gave us salt to use in our diet—unrefined salt—with its full complement of minerals, that needs to be part of everyone’s diet.

Refined salt causes negative reactions on internal tissues, your body retains water to protect itself, and your cells release water to help dilute, neutralize, and break down the salt. This loss of water dehydrates and weakens your cells and can even cause them to die prematurely. Natural sea salt is far superior to chemically-treated iodized table salts as it contains all 92 trace minerals, and it’s only 84% sodium chloride while table salt is almost 98%".

All this adds up to one thing. Table salt, whether marine or not, is toxic—it’s poisonous to the body and is responsible, in great part, to the onset of many terrible diseases including thyroid and metabolic dysfunction.

I don’t care which type of Salt you choose, whether it be Celtic Sea Salt, Himalayan Salt as long as you ditch the “Refined Salts”.  Unrefined salt will help to balance the digestive organs, stomach acid, support the production of digestive fluids in the liver and pancreas, regulate your metabolism and harmonize the acid/alkaline balance.  Why wouldn’t you rather choose that than the all to popular refined white table salt.  Blah!

Magnesium, Belladonna & Turmeric ... Recipe for Pain

As some of you may already know, I suffer from what the doctors have termed "Systematic MS", if you ever look it up, you won't find it .. cause there is no such thing!  In other words they don't know what is going on except its probably one of the 100's Auto Immune Diseases that it seems everyone has these days!

Anyways, I was working with a bedridden fellow last weekend and totally wrecked my back (again). Nerve pain is excruciating if you've never had the privilege of dealing with it, which I hope you haven't.  I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Well as it seems, one pain leads to another, leads to another and bang the typical MS symptoms started flaring up...  Mainly the nerve pain that MS people suffer from that shoots into their face. It was terrible.  I could hardly brush my hair or touch my face, chew or swallow, or brush my teeth these last few days. Anyways, out of desperation, I broke down and took the Lyrica, which I wouldn't normally do, but absolutely nothing would take the pain away.  Things soothed it slightly, but it just wouldn't go away, it kept coming back constantly.  1 Lyrica didn't work, 2 Lyricas didn't work.  My body and mind were stoned, but not the nerve pain. I even threw a nice strong Caesar into the mix (which I wouldn't recommend drinking on meds for anyone, but .... when you are desperate, you'll try dam near anything!)

Then .... I got the brainwave!!!! A friend of mine gave a bottle of liquid Magnesium to try, (which seemed to be working nicely for the arthritis pain), and it was sitting right in front of me, so hey???? what the hell? I am a natural born mixer, lol (perfumes, tonics, tinctures, etc.)  So ... I mixed the liquid Magnesium with my liquid Turmeric and Belladonna, (which is a homeopathic, so is already in liquid form), and then applied it to my face.  Awesome!!!  I slept like a baby, no pain. The next morning before going to work, I applied it to my face again, and I've only had one electric jolt of pain all day!  So???  I'm thinking I stumbled on to something.  Seems to work for me anyways.  Maybe it might help some others!!!!

So here you go:
I just mixed all this in the palm of my hand to apply it to my face...

Liquid Magnesium (it comes in a spray bottle, so maybe 3 or 4 squirts)
Belladonna (about 10 drops)
1 dropperful of Turmeric

Fibromyalgia Pain Gone

I kind of had to laugh at first when one of my clients told me of her new found cure to help with the pain she experiences with Fibromyalgia.  But hey???  Whatever works.  I think I'm definitely going to give this one a try. Nothing to lose and how EASY!!!

I don't know what exactly is the medicinal cure in this... something in the Raisins, or is it the booze???  Or is it the combination of the 2.  I haven't looked into it just yet, but really, does it matter if it works?  Don't really have to get all technical over everything and pick things apart.  If it works, it works.

Here it is... Simple, simple!!!

Buy at the Bulk Store ... LIGHT Raisins (they have to be the light colored ones!) And the good ones, not the cheap bin!

Soak raisins for 2 days in GIN

Pour off the Gin, do whatever you want with it.  Pour it out, drink it as it would have the medicinal qualities in it as well from soaking the raisins in it....

And ... she says she only eats 9 raisins/day.  3 raisins 3 times a day....and her pain is gone!

*** Remember people ... as with all wholistic type tinctures, homeopaths, etc., less is more.  No need to consume the whole jar of Raisins.  Although, that may make you feel better as well, but you'll probably just end up drunk!!!  Lol.

Happy soaking!!!

4 Tbsps a Day Magic Recipe

A friend of mine recently gave me this recipe that he got from a friend of his who swears by it... (You know how that goes, right?)  So ... I'm passing it along to you!

This revolutionary cancer curing recipe is from a famous Russian Scientist Hristo Mermerski and has been widely recognized by many people.

This recipe nourishes the WHOLE BODY and is able to withdraw the cancer accordingto Dr. Mermerski!  It has the ability to strengthen and cure the heart, cleanse the blood vessels, improve the immune system, detox the liver and kidney, enhance your memory and prevent a heart attack.

Sounds like a miracle cure!!!  And we have nothing to lose to at least give it a try!!!

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

12 fresh garlic cloves
15 lemons
14 oz. fresh walnuts (fresh is the key here)
14 oz. sprouted grains (green wheat)
35 oz. natural honey

First, you will have to prepare the sprouted grains.

To do this, take a glass bowl and put the green wheat in it.  Add water in the bowl, enough to cover them and let them soak during the night.

The next morning, or after 12 hours at least, drain the wheat, wash them with water, and drain them again. You can use guaze to strain them.

After that, put them in a bowl again and leave them for 24 hours.  24 hours later you'll have sprouted grains.

After all this is done ,take a grinder and put the walnuts, garlic cloves and the sprouted wheat in it.  Grind them together.

Then grind 5 unpeeled lemons and add them to the mixture.

The remaining 10 lemons should be squeezed and their juice added to the mixture.

After it's all mixed together, mix the honey in it with a wooden spoon.

Pour the mixture into a glass jar and put it in a fridge.  Consume after 3 days.

You should take 1 - 2 tbsp,30 minutes BEFORE every meal and 30 minutes BEFORE GOING TO BED.  If you suffer from cancer, consume 1 - 2 Tbsp EVERY 2 HOURS!!!

The secret to this recipe is that it's rich in all the essential vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbs, fats and bioactive substances your body needs and keeps your body healthy by promoting the function of all your orangs and glands!

Original article my friend said was from Mr. Healthy Life.

Sacred Geometry

We've all heard of it and seen it numerous times, but what is it?  I know in my Biofeedback, we use Sacred Geometry as a program to help retrain individuals mind body and soul!  It is very powerful in the healing modalities.  Like so many other things, its secrets have been lost over time and there are only a few who totally understand it and use it to it's full potential today.

In times gone by, humans were more in tune with the environment they lived in. Today, we have little connection to nature and the planet. The ancient wisdom that was often passed down through story- telling and tradition seems to have been forgotten or lost.

The understanding of the importance of different geometric shapes and patterns found everywhere in nature seems to be amongst the wisdom that has been thrown away. With all the changes that are happening on earth at the moment, some of this information is being revived. Here is some information about how the ancient science of Sacred Geometry can have a positive influence on your life.

The earliest cultures including the Christians, Hindus, Greeks and Egyptians recognized that there were different patterns or geometric shapes that repeated throughout nature. They also worked out that there was a correlation or connection between the various elements found in the earth and the heavens. These connections or common patterns, known as Sacred Geometry, were mirrored- the same patterns appeared on the earth and the in sky -and were believed by these ancient cultures to exist in all parts of the universe.

They also recognized that these small patterns were representative of the building blocks that were literally the blueprint for everything the universe. A seed, after all, contains all the material needed to become a mighty tree, regardless of the size of the tree. A single cell contains all the elements of the whole body, and the earth and heavens are reflections of each other. This idea, represented by the saying “As above, so below”, summarized this ancient belief.

Modern science has proven that these patterns are, in fact, the very molecular shapes that form the basis of all life in this universe. These shapes or patterns were universal and governed the way in which the world replicated itself. These universal laws or patterns were absolute and static, they did not change or alter over time or space. This is evidenced by the vast number of cultures from around the world that all recognized the sacredness of these specific patterns and geometric shapes.

Patterns and natural laws could be broken down into a variety of different representations. These may include numbers, mathematical formulas and even specific geographic symbols. Since symbols are very visual they are easy to identify throughout historical architecture, art and design. Using these symbols, all based on mathematics, allowed incredibly detailed and precise construction that still inspires wonder and awe today. Think of the pyramids of Egypt and the amazing archeological buildings and temples found throughout South and Central America.  Engineers and architects are still not sure how these were constructed thousands of years ago with only rudimentary tools and building methods.

The recurring patterns in nature became Sacred Geometric patterns in these early cultures. The endless and amazing power of the shapes symbolized the continuity of life from birth through to death and beyond.  Repeating and using these patterns in building, art and design harnessed their power and gave the symbols meaning.

Understanding more about the different shapes of Sacred Geometry and how they were used in these ancient cultures can teach you how to harness their power.

The Flower of Life

Literally appearing as a beautifully balanced and perfectly proportioned flower, this geometric shape is recognized in many cultures around the world. It is developed by 13 separate spheres that interconnect through the design to create a unique pattern. Within the different shapes formed by the 13 spheres are represented many geometric and mathematical laws that are still used today. As a symbol the Flower of Life is considered to demonstrate the whole of the universe as well as its diverse components working together in harmony. The Flower of Life is revered for its ability to allow you to connect to your higher spiritual self as well as promote healing.

Metatron’s Cube

Connecting the centre of each of the circles formed in the Flower of Life forms another Sacred Geometric shape known as Metatron’s Cube. It also contains the perfect solids, which are also sacred. Metatron’s cube has a long history in art and architecture and can be spotted in some of the oldest cities and buildings in the world. It is believed that the Metatron’s Cube shape holds all possible laws and patterns for creation and reality. Wearing the Metatron’s Cube will provide you with inner peace and spirituality.

Perfect Solids

If you remember back to your geometry and chemistry classes you will recall the importance of the perfect or platonic solids. There are five different shapes including the cube, tetrahedron, icosahedrons, dodecahedron and octahedron, that form the perfect solids. They are the shapes of any and all possible molecules and molecular structures. They are all congruent polygons with the same number of faces meeting at all vertices. With this unique combination all sides, vertices and angles are identical, which is why these shapes are considered holy in many religions and cultures.

Nautilus Shell

The humble nautilus shell is actually remarkable in its mathematical proportions. It is the physical representation of the number PHI, also known as the Golden Mean. PHI, which equals 1.6180339… is a unique number in that it has no arithmetic solution and goes on to infinity without repeating itself. This proportion created by PHI is found in the human skeleton, sunflowers, and of course the nautilus shell. Famous artists such as Kandinsky and Leonardo Da Vinci used the Golden Mean in their artistic creations. Research has now shown that people prefer to look at visual images, physical objects or representations that have the Golden Mean proportions. The Nautilus shell, with its beauty and mathematical perfection, is thought to allow the wearer to focus in on the harmony and beauty found in the natural world.

Other Sacred Geometry Patterns

There are other shapes that are also considered sacred and powerful. These shapes include the Christ Consciousness and the Merkaba.

The Christ Consciousness shape provides healing as well as giving power, balance and good health

The Merkaba also gives healing power but also acts to provide protection. Throughout the world there are many different Sacred Geometric patterns and shapes. Wearing jewellery that includes the Sacred Geometry patterns is an ideal way to increase harmony, healing, self-balance, love, unity, oneness and beauty.

Learning more about Sacred Geometry and the ancient wisdom that is being rediscovered is one way to reconnect with the world around us. We are again looking at the basic building blocks and their perfection in our religion, art, spiritual practices and interactions with the world around us. It taps into the natural laws that have been and still are universal in this world. Sacred Geometry is also a way to heal, and to create beautiful and lasting art, architecture and design in our lives in a positive and balanced way.

Rheumatoid Arthritis Medications

Rheumatoid Arthritis Medication Implicated in Death of Popular Musician and many more!

As noted in a recent New York Times article, "drug overdosese are driving up the death rate of young white adults in the United States to levels not seen since the end of the AIDS epidemic more than two decades ago."  Between 1999 and 2014, the rate of drug overdose deaths for Caucasians between the ages of 25 and 34 rose by 500 percent. The overdose rate for 35 to 44-year olds tripled.

Rheumatoid Arthritis Medication Implicated in Glenn Frey's Death

As you may have heard, Glenn Frey, from the Eagles, recently died from complications from rheumatoid arthritis (RA), acute ulcerative colitis and pneumonia.  He was 67.

"The colitis and pneumonia were side effects from all the meds. He died from complications of [ulcerative colitis] after being treated with drugs for his rheumatoid arthritis which he had for over 15 years."

Indeed, the drugs commonly prescribed for RA are among the most dangerous on the market.

These include prednisone, TNF-alpha inhibitors (sold under brand names such as Humira, Enbrel, and Remicade. Side effects of these drugs include infection and an increased risk for cancer), and harsh anti-cancer drugs like methotrexate.

Chronic use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and analgesics like Tylenol can also result in life-threatening liver and/or kidney damage. Acetaminophen is actually the number one cause of acute liver failure.

RA affects about 1 percent of the world's population. Some level of disability occurs in 50 to 70 percent of people within 5 years after onset of the disease, and half will stop working within 10 years.
Unlike the far more common degenerative joint disease osteoarthritis (OA or DJD), it can lead to crippling and painful joint deformities and, as mentioned, can be fatal. Women tend to be disproportionally affected by the disease.

One of the hallmark symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis is pain in your hands and/or feet. It tends to affect the proximal joints more so than the distal ones, i.e. the joints closest to your palm, for example, opposed to the joints further out in the fingers.

At the root of RA you find chronic inflammationa side effect of a diet too high in processed fructose and other sugars. So while less than 1 percent of people with RA experience spontaneous remission, that does not mean the disease cannot be successfully treated.

RA Sufferers Must Cut Down on Sugars

If you have RA (or any other chronic ailment rooted in inflammation, such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer, just to name a few), addressing your diet is an important first step to facilitate healing. Eating a diet of REAL FOOD (ideally organic) is one of the most important first steps to help suppress painful inflammation. Processed foods and sugary (including artificially sweetened) beverages should be avoided as much as possible.

Eliminating grains, especially gluten-containing ones, can also be helpful. This may be particularly true if you have certain genetic factors. Those of Scottish-Irish decent, as well as those with a family history of autoimmune problems such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), may be at higher risk of wheat and gluten intolerance.

That said, most grains, fructose and other sugars feed inflammation regardless of your genetic disposition, and you need to be very careful about NOT adding fuel to that fire. A 2014 study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition specifically links RA with soda consumption.

How Gut Microbes Impact Rheumatoid Arthritis

Gut health plays an important role in RA. Sugar feeds pathogenic microorganisms in your gut, and once your intestinal flora becomes unbalanced, you end up with a ripple effect of detrimental health impacts — one of which is immune system dysfunction and out-of-control inflammation. In addition to cutting out sugar from your diet, adding fermented foods and/or taking a high quality probiotic will help nourish healthy gut flora.

Safer Pain Relievers

Most conventional rheumatologists have few remedies in their toolbox besides toxic drugs. While these can help relieve symptoms, they do absolutely nothing to address the underlying cause of the disease, which continues to ravage your body. What's worse, many of these drugs can cause more problems than they solve, and some of the more toxic ones can easily shave well over a decade off your lifespan.

That said, pain control is an important aspect of treating RA. If pain is not addressed, you may enter a depressive cycle that can worsen your immune function and cause RA flare-ups. If you opt for a drug, be sure to use the safest ones, and only when necessary — with the goal of eventually managing your pain without medications. More long-lasting relief will be achieved once you start targeting the inflammation, which is the underlying cause of the pain.

Among pain relieving drugs, some of the safest ones are as follows:
Medical cannabis.  One of the strongest areas of research regarding marijuana's health benefits pertains to pain. In 2010, the Center for Medical Cannabis Research released a report on 14 clinical studies (most of which were FDA-approved, double-blind and placebo-controlled) on the use of marijuana for pain.
The studies revealed that marijuana not only controls pain, but in some cases it did so better than available alternatives.

Non-acetylated salicylates, such as salsalate, sodium salicylate, and magnesium salicylate (i.e. Salflex, Disalcid, or Trilisate)

Key Elements of a Natural Treatment Protocol

The sooner you start incorporating more natural treatments and reduce your reliance on drugs, the better. Just remember to be patient. If you have severe RA, it may take up to three years to reach full remission. Consistency and commitment is also necessary, and the dietary changes are an absolutely essential component, so please do not take them lightly.

Eat REAL food; unprocessed, organic, and locally grown if possible. Eat your food as close to raw as possible. Vegetable juicing is also highly recommended.

Eliminate processed foods and other sources of refined sugar/processed fructose, along with most grains. For most people it would be best to limit fruit to small quantities.  If you're unable to decrease your sugar intake, your chances of recovery are slim.

Optimize your gut flora by consuming naturally fermented vegetables and/or a high potency probiotic supplement; work your way up to 4 to 6 ounces per day of fermented veggies.

Also be sure to get plenty of high-quality animal-based omega-3 fats, such as krill oil. Krill oil seems to be particularly helpful as it appears to be a more effective anti-inflammatory preparation than regular fish oil.  It's particularly effective if taken concurrently with astaxanthin, which is a potent antioxidant bioflavanoid derived from algae.

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)       Naltrexone is a pharmacologically active opioid antagonist, conventionally used to treat drug and alcohol addiction. However, in very small doses, it is inexpensive, non-toxic, and has immunomodulating properties widely reported by physicians as effective in getting people off of dangerous arthritis medications.

Astaxanthin       A powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidant with very powerful pain control properties. In one study, RA sufferers experienced a 35 percent improvement in pain levels, as well as a 40 percent improvement in their ability to perform daily activities, after only eight weeks on astaxanthin.  Astaxanthin at 4 mg per day is particularly useful for anyone placed on prednisone because it offers potent protection against cataracts and age related macular degeneration.

Vitamin D            Vitamin D deficiency is strongly associated with the development of RA. Ideally, you'll want to get regular and appropriate sun exposure, or take an oral D3 supplement, and closely monitor your levels to assure you maintain your level within the therapeutic range of 40 to 60 ng/ml year-round.
Vitamin D also helps improve and regulate your immune system and fight infections.

Exercise               Regular exercise is critical if you want to prevent functional decline from arthritis. RA can lead to diminished muscle mass and reduced strength that can be as debilitating as the physical damage to your joints. Just be careful not to overdo it, and take care with inflamed joints, icing them when necessary before and after exercise.

Curcumin (turmeric)      Curcumin has been shown to be effective against acute and chronic pain and is best known for its potent anti-inflammatory properties; inhibits inflammatory enzymes and blocks inflammation pathways; shown to influence more than 700 genes.

Boswellia            Also known as boswellin or "Indian frankincense," boswellia is another herb  found to be particularly useful against arthritic pain and inflammation.

Ginger  Exhibits anti-inflammatory properties and can offer pain relief. Fresh ginger works well steeped in boiling water as a tea or grated into vegetable juice.   In addition to pain relief, the study found that some of the phytochemical constituents of ginger can help stop RA-induced bone destruction.

EFT         Lingering emotional trauma is pervasive in people with RA. One of my favorite tools for addressing this is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), which has been described as "acupuncture without needles."  Although EFT is something you can learn to do yourself in the comfort of your own home, you may want to employ the help of a well-trained professional.

Your Natural approach should include a range of activities, including weight training, high intensity exercises, cardio, stretching and core work. Walking and swimming are also excellent (if you have access to a chlorine free pool), as are practices like yoga and tai chi.
